Winter is Coming...

Temperatures dropping? Here are a few things to keep in mind.

Many exterior pipe breaks are preventable

Make sure to turn off irrigation systems as well as exterior hose spigots early so you don't forget later on! This will decrease the chance of frozen pipes as winter comes.

Check on your water heater

Water heaters work harder in the winter. If your water heater is over 15 years old or seems to be performing poorly, let's get in front of that.
