This is a proactive check that can be done yearly to make sure your pipes are in good working order. This check will be performed by a licensed plumbing professional and includes checking the main components of your water system (water heater, water pressure, visual inspection of accessible pipes) and alerting you to anything that could benefit from proactive maintenance.

Here are some questions to help you identify if this check is something you need:

• Do you know how to turn off the water to your house?

• How old is your water heater? Is it in good working order? Are their signs of rust on its exterior?

• Does your water temperature fluctuate? Or not get hot enough?

• Are there any weird smells or noises coming from your plumbing?

This service is priced at $369 and takes 1-2 hours depending on the size of the home.
