Laborer/Parts Runner


Job Summary

The full-time Field Support Technician provides on-site assistance to our licensed plumbers and service technicians by delivering parts, tools, fixtures, and equipment to residential job sites quickly and accurately. This role helps minimize downtime by ensuring our team has the correct materials needed to complete installations, repairs, maintenance, and emergency service calls efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable and detail-oriented, with excellent time management, communication, and customer service skills. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Picking up and delivering plumbing supplies from vendors

  • Assisting with loading and unloading equipment and providing basic on-site support to our plumbers as needed (both indoors and outdoors)

  • Coordinating urgent material runs for same-day service calls with

  • Assist with site and truck cleanup


Required Qualifications

  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, insurable on our policy

  • Service-oriented and effective communication with clients and co-workers

  • Willingness to occasionally go into confined spaces like attics and crawlspaces

  • Attention to detail and reliability

  • Strong time management

  • Must have a working smartphone (we provide a reimbursement for use of your personal device)

  • $22-$28 per hour (depending on experience) plus bonuses (expected average of 30-40 hours per week)
